Taylor Cruz

Taylor is a mobility and recovery expert with a deep passion for body awareness and long-term health. From Pilates to mobility flows, Taylor’s coaching helps clients move better, feel better, and thrive in and out of the gym.

Coach Taylor is weirdly obsessed with mobility drills and has never skipped a warm-up in her life.
